Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your BURU pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that certain items, including sale pieces and customized garments, are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location as specified on your return label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects your return for quality assurance, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
